Location
The villa is situated in an absolute beachfront location on Na Jomtien Beach, which is just 5km from the main part of Jomtien where you will find lots of bars and international restaurants. Although the beach at Na Jomtien is not one of the prime stretches of sand in the region, you can still find some picturesque spots. The location is very private, although a 600 meter walk will take you to Sukhumvit Road where you will find some small Thai restaurants and convenience stores. Great seafood restaurants such as Rimpa Lapin are just a 5-minute drive away. Pattaya is roughly a 15-minute drive from the villa, north of Na Jomtien.

Bedrooms
Na Jomtien Beachfront Villa has 7 bedrooms, all of which have double beds, flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. In fact, 6 of the ensuite bathrooms are very unique as they are located directly in the bedroom itself. 3 bedrooms are located downstairs and the remaining 4 upstairs. 3 of the upstairs bedrooms have private sea view balconies. In total, the bedrooms sleep 14 people.
Bathrooms

Na Jomtien Beachfront Villa has 8 bathrooms. All the bathrooms have showers, toilets and washbasins, although 6 of the ensuite bathrooms are actually located directly in the bedrooms and not in separate rooms, which is quite unique. 1 bathroom is conveniently situated on the roof-terrace.

Kitchen
Within the contemporary open plan living space on the ground floor, you will find a fully fitted kitchen built to European standards. The shining marble worktops and breakfast bar ooze style. There is a wide range of appliances such as a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 4-ring electric stove, a Smeg oven and dishwasher, an electric grill and double-door fridge. Self-catering has never been so easy.

Living Rooms
The open style living space on the ground floor is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that bestow the lounge with great views out to the pool, beach and Gulf of Thailand. The lounge has enough sofa space for 15 people and enjoys entertainment facilities that include satellite TV channels you can watch on a 50-inch LG flat-screen TV.

Dining Room
You are spoilt for dining choices in Na Jomtien Beachfront Villa. You could dine on the garden terrace next to the pool on the 8-seat table. The main dining room is next to the lounge and has an impressive glass dining table big enough for 10 people. The best place to dine is on the roof terrace in the Thai sala, which has lots of comfortable seating looking out towards the Thai Gulf. There are many seating areas in this elegant set up, alongside a bar with a BBQ setup.
