    Private Pool Villa With Jacuzzi and Baby Pool - 5 minutes walk to the beach - 5 minutes to Pattaya Walking Street

    Modern Pattaya villa with all amenities ideally situated for the perfect holiday in Pattaya. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen,open plan lounge & dining room, 4 air con bedrooms with 4 double beds, maximum 8 people. 2 en suite shower rooms and 3 further shower rooms with very large private pool with seating and children pool. There is a large TV with satellite TV featuring numerous channels including films, sports, documentaries etc. Large dining table sits 8 and lounge sits 6. There is 24 hour security provided and a supermarket nearby. At the end of the road, 2 min walk, you will find shops, bars and restaurants all the way up the beach road taking you to the center of Jomtien.

    On Pattaya beach you will find numerous water sports including jet-skiing, banana boats, wind surfing and fishing. The Jomtien/Pattaya area has everything you are likely to need. There are hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from, a water park, golf courses, many shopping locations varying from small local markets to large indoor shopping malls with designer shops and cinemas.

    Excursions to anywhere in Thailand and beyond can be booked at any of the many travel agencies. Getting around Jomtien / Pattaya is easy. Baht buses run 24 hours a day and will take you anywhere within the city. They will pick you up and drop you off anywhere you want. Staying in this property means you get the best of both worlds as you are in a quiet location but within easy walking/driving distance of all the facilities that Jomtien and Pattaya have to offer.

      Die Villa ist zu Fuss innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichbar und liegt nahe an der Hauptstrasse zu Pattaya. Die Lage ist somit nahezu perfekt. Das Haus selbst kommt langsam aber sicher in die Jahre und beim Unterhalt wird nur das notwendigste erledigt. So erlebten wir veraltete Airconditions, sehr alte und unhygienische Küchenutensilien (beinhaltet auch einen defekten Kochherd "Gas"). Aufgrund unserer Reklamationen wurden die schlimmsten Mängel fortlaufend erledigt. Ah, sorry, darf nicht nur negatives erwähnen: Die Putzfrau erledigt Ihre Aufgaben zur Zufriedenheit (Reinigung, Tücherwechsel alle 2 Tage)! Der grosse Pool ist auch fantastisch. Trotz allem würde ich diese Villa im Vergleich zu Ehrfahrungen aus Vorjahren, insbesondere in Pattaya niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen! Sorry!

      The Private Pool Villa was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were big and clean. Neat bathrooms. Comfortable lobby, and furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery and cutlery. The swimming pool was big enough for a good swim with good lighting. It was a very good stay and we all enjoyed the stay. The host was very hospitable and helpful. We are looking forward to come and enjoy this facility as soon as possible and as often as possible. Thanks a lot, Natalie... Keep up the good work

      I have to say this was the best value villa I have found in Thaikand The house was very clean the bedrooms and bathrooms ample sized The house was fully equipped and the supermarket within walking distance We BBQ every night poolside , the huge jacuzzi and pool kept the whole family amused all weekend, the pool was so big we could play 4 people volleyball in it Rented a new moped from the end of the road and all beaches were easily accesible Amazing villa and will definately be using it again for our weekend vacations Well done Nat !!!! :-).
